The office space where tenant improvements took place, is located on the first floor of one, two-story building totaling approximately 20,000 sf per floor; the project area comprises of 3,421 sq ft. The tenant space has the following primary areas: Open Office, IT/AV, Copy and Storage/Break Rooms.
The first floor will be occupied by two tenants, Voice of San Diego and The Boys & Girls Foundation. The facility’s programming and layout are typical of standard office tenants. A five-year lease will be signed by both tenants scheduled to occupy the space beginning in January 2008.
