The San Diego Foundation Suite 100

The San Diego Foundation’s offices are situated in the historic Liberty Station development near the urban core of San Diego, California. The office space where tenant improvements took place, is located on the first floor of one, two-story building totaling approximately 20,000 sf per floor; the project area comprises of 3,421 sq ft. The tenant space has the following primary areas: Open Office, IT/AV, Copy and Storage/Break Rooms.

The first floor will be occupied by two tenants, Voice of San Diego and The Boys & Girls Foundation. The facility’s programming and layout are typical of standard office tenants. A five-year lease will be signed by both tenants scheduled to occupy the space beginning in January 2008.

Sun Harbor Marina became the first marina in the world to achieve LEED Certification. Mary Lou Lopreste, the marina’s former managing partner and life-long environmentalist was committed to following the rigorous LEED standards. With its curved lines and earth tones, this elegant 20,000 SF marina features light shelves that reflect sunlight through the upper windows, high performance glazing, energy efficient HVAC and daylight sensor controls, Waterless urinals, low-flow showerheads, and low VOC sealants.

Sempra Murrieta

Sempra Energy, Murrieta Base Facility

Sempra Murrieta is DGP’s first successful LEED Certification project.  This facility consists of three buildings: the Administration Building (13,736 sf), the Fleet Services Building (5,330 sf), and Logistics Building (4,000 sf). The site is approximately 10 acres and includes a large parking area for Sempra’s service vehicle and employee parking.
