Riverside East DMV

Located in Riverside County, the DMV project is a Class B Office Building, consisting of an office area, storage, open lobby for processing, motorcycle and automobile test areas, and an investigations area. LEED Silver was achieved by providing preferred parking for fuel efficient and low emitting vehicles, utilizing high efficient irrigation and plumbing fixtures, reducing heat island effect, daylighting, specifying low emitting products and materials with recycled content.

The George L. Stevens Center is an award-winning multipurpose facility located within the Martin Luther King, Jr. Park in San Diego, California. Owned by the City of San Diego’s Park and Recreation Department, this facility serves senior citizens and caters to their social and recreational needs. Features such as bicycle storage and shower facilities, low flow plumbing fixtures, high performance glazing, daylighting, materials with recycled content and sourced within 500 miles all made possible its LEED Gold Certification, the first in San Diego.

Sempra Yukon

Sempra Yukon Base Facility

This facility consists of 3 buildings: the Administrative Building (10,518 SF), the Fleet Services Building (2,819 SF), and the Logistics Building (1707 SF). The site is approximately 2.8 acres and includes a parking area for Sempra’s service vehicles and employee parking.  The facilities serve the customers of the Southern California Gas Company, including meter installation, replacement, reading, and minor repairs in the field. Fleet vehicles are serviced and fueled on site and the Logistics Building provides storage of equipment, materials, and supplies.
