The facility consists of a police substation building of approximately 21,671 sf and a vehicle maintenance facility approximately 8,448 sf, with the following primary areas: Lobby, Conference Room, Open Offices, Private Offices, Interview Rooms, Line-Up, Dry Cleaning, Armory, Lounge, Men’s and Women’s Locker Rooms, Fitness Room, Bag and Tag Room, and Vehicle Maintenance Garage.
